RobaHealth will ship the products to the address you provide during checkout. Shipping and handling fees will be applied at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories.

Standard Ground orders placed before 12pm EST are processed by the following business day; orders placed after 12pm EST or on holidays are processed within 2 business days. Express orders placed before 2pm EST Monday - Friday will be processed same day.

Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $79.

 

When you place an order on RobaHealth.com, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. Your package will arrive within 3-5 business days of processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (including alcohol-based products and aerosols) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped via ground-only transportation. Express Shipping is not available for RobaHealth products identified as Hazardous Materials. For these products, only Standard Shipping options will be available at checkout.

APO, FPO and P.O. Box Orders

Please note that RobaHealth.com currently does not ship orders to APO/FPO addresses and does not ship hazmat items to P.O. Boxes. Hazmat items consist of sprays or foams like our Nail oil, 24H foot foam, Special foot foam and Goodbye foot sweat foam. 

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Please note that RobaHealth.com currently does not ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

How We Calculate Sales Tax

RobaHealth.com is required to collect applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have nexus. Taxes apply to all merchandise. Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of each state. Your final order will include the appropriate state and local taxes.
